Flails and Humus
The traditional form of hedge trimming - the flail - has been applied to the SWZ pedestrian machine for rough cut work. The flail is made here in the UK at our Warwickshire site; swapping it from an ordinary rotary deck is straightforward, and there is a choice of flail cutter heads: twisted or back-to-back.
The STM range of Super Flail heads have been specifically designed for use with the Scag SWZ culminating in a versatile and robust pedestrian flail mower for all areas particularly grassland and rough with tall thick grass.
